We hold as little about you as we can get away with, and we have never sold any of it.
What we hold
When you order, we keep your name, email address, telephone number if you gave one, and the address the timepiece went to. When you write to us, we keep the message so that the person answering can see what was said before.
We do not hold your card details. Payment is handled by our bank, and what comes back to us is a yes or a no.
Why we hold it
To deliver what you bought, to honour a warranty five years later, and to answer you when you write. Swiss accounting law also requires us to keep a record of every sale for ten years, and we cannot delete those before then.
We do not build profiles, we do not score you, and we make no decisions about you automatically.
Who else sees it
The courier gets your name, address and telephone number, because otherwise the parcel cannot arrive. Our bank sees what it needs to take a payment.
Nobody else. We have never sold or rented a client list and we will not start.
What you can ask for
A copy of everything we hold about you, a correction to anything wrong, or deletion of anything we are not legally obliged to keep. Write to clients@kalonda.com and we will do it within thirty days.
If we ever send you anything you did not ask for, there is an unsubscribe link on it and it works immediately.
Anything here that is unclear, ask us: clients@kalonda.com.
