Careers
We are eleven. Now and then we look for a twelfth.
Nobody here has a job title longer than three words, and everyone can tell you what a hairspring costs.
We hire slowly, which is a polite way of saying rarely. When we do, we care more about how someone finishes a bridge than where they trained, and we would rather wait six months for the right person than fill a bench in a fortnight.
What we offer is straightforward: a bench of your own, the time to do the work properly, a share of what the company makes, and no expectation that you answer anything after six in the evening.

- GenevaFull time
Watchmaker, assembly and regulation
You would take a movement from loose parts to a regulated, cased and signed timepiece, and keep it for its whole life afterwards. We expect a CFC or equivalent and three years at a bench; we do not expect you to have worked on our calibres.

Polisher and case finisher
Bevelling, black polishing and the inside angles that cannot be done by machine. This is the work people notice without knowing why, and we would rather train the right hands than hire the wrong CV.

Client care, written and in the boutique
Answering the people who write to us and welcoming the ones who walk in. You would learn the collection properly — enough to tell someone honestly that the piece they are asking about is not the one for them.

Nothing here that fits you?
Write anyway. We keep good letters, and benches open more often than positions are posted.
