KALONDA

After you buy

Client care

A mechanical watch is not finished when it is sold. Here is exactly what we promise for the decades after — written plainly, because a promise in small print is not much of a promise.

Delivery

Free, insured and signed for, wherever you are.

  • Pieces held in Geneva leave within two working days.
  • Insured for their full value in transit and handed over against a signature.
  • Duties and import taxes are settled by us, so nothing is asked of you on arrival.
  • A tracking number reaches you the morning your timepiece goes.

Returns

Thirty days to be certain.

  • Return anything unworn within thirty days, for any reason at all.
  • The piece needs its case, its papers and its protective film intact.
  • We arrange and pay for the collection.
  • The refund is made in full within five working days of it reaching the atelier.

Warranty

Five years, honoured anywhere.

  • Covers the movement and any fault in materials or assembly.
  • Valid worldwide, whoever sold it to you and whoever owns it now.
  • Accidental damage is not covered, but we will always quote to put it right.
  • Your reference is on the papers; keep them and the warranty follows the watch.

Servicing

By the bench that built it.

  • An automatic wants a service every five to seven years.
  • The movement is stripped, cleaned, re-oiled, regulated in six positions and resealed.
  • Three to four weeks, with a fixed quotation before any work starts.
  • We keep parts for every reference we have ever made, indefinitely.
